Crawfordsville – Lillous Clodfelter Miller, 78 of Overland Park, Kan died at 5:42 p.m. Monday in Bethany Hospital in Kansas City. She formerly lived in the Crawfordsville area. Mrs Miller was the executive assistant for the national Committee for Careers in Medical Technology in Bethesda, Md before retiring in 1974. She was instrumental in developing a national scholarship program for medical technologists.  Born July 15, 1909, near Russellville she was a 1926 graduate of Crawfordsville HS.  Mrs. Miller was a member of Southminster Presbyterian Church; Mission Center Adult Club; Overland Park and Prairie Village Senior Citizens and was secretary and member of the board of directors of American Association of Retired Persons, all in Kansas. Surviving are three daughters, Melinda Pomerenke of Kansas City, Marilyn Holmes of Austin, Texas and Marger Macey of Marietta, Ga; and a sister, Doyne Nelson of Crawfordsville. - kbz
